Hey Crew,

A very warm welcome to me Blog :). I’ve been getting a number of different types of questions – from indoor rowing, to on-the-water training, erg set up, rowing technique, physiology, 2k strategies, psychology, stretching, and nutrition. Although I do my best to answer them, I’ve wanted to deal with them in a longer format and I’m hoping that the blog can do this. I hope to post at least a blog a month, so if you’ve any rowing topics you’d like me to cover, please don’t hesitate to contact me and let me know. If you enjoy it, please share it!
